AI Box User Agreement
Welcome to the AI Box software and related services!
To better serve you, please carefully read the AI Box User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Before you start using the AI Box software and related services, you must read and fully understand this Agreement, especially clauses regarding exemption or limitation of liability, license rights and information use, applicable law and dispute resolution. Important content such as exemption or limitation of liability clauses will be highlighted in bold for your attention. If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement carefully under the guidance of your legal guardian and download this software only after obtaining their consent.
Unless you fully accept all terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use (collectively "Use") the AI Box software, or access AI Box services in any way, or obtain any services provided by AI Box (collectively referred to as "Use" in this Agreement). 1. Scope of Application
1.1 This Agreement is between you and our company (hereinafter referred to as "Company") regarding your download, installation, and use of the AI Box software and obtaining related services. Certain services under this Agreement may be provided by the Company's affiliates or controlling companies. Your acceptance of such services constitutes acceptance that the relevant rights and obligations are also governed by this Agreement.
1.2 "User" refers to any individual or entity that directly or indirectly accesses and uses AI Box software and related services, including natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations. Referred to as "User" or "You" in this Agreement.
1.3 "AI Box" refers to the client application legally owned and operated by the Company under the name "AI Box", providing services such as maps, street views, and attraction guides.
1.4 This Agreement includes all existing and future agreements, rules, etc., related to AI Box software and services. Once officially published and delivered to users (via system notification, etc.), they become integral parts of this Agreement.
2. Using AI Box Software and Related Services
2.1 You may obtain the AI Box client application through pre-installation or authorized third parties. If obtained from unauthorized sources, the Company cannot guarantee normal functionality, and any resulting losses are not the Company's responsibility.
2.2 The Company may develop different software versions for different devices. You should obtain, download, and install the appropriate version according to your device.
2.3 You may use AI Box software/services or update versions as needed. You may uninstall if no longer needed.
2.4 To improve user experience, the Company may provide software updates/changes (modifications, upgrades, new features, etc.). Users will be notified of updates via system prompts, announcements, etc. Users may choose to accept updates; declining may limit functionality.
2.5 Without prior written authorization, you may not adapt, copy, distribute, mirror, or commercially exploit AI Box software/services.
2.6 Using AI Box requires appropriate terminal devices (e.g., phone). Opening the software constitutes use. Internet connection may be required for full functionality; associated costs (data fees, etc.) are your responsibility.
2.7 The Company grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use AI Box. All other rights are reserved by the Company.
3. User Conduct Standards
3.1 User Conduct Requirements
You are responsible for your use of this product. Unless permitted by law or with prior written consent, you may not:
3.1.1 Use unauthorized plugins, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify, or affect AI Box operations.
3.1.2 Conduct activities harming computer network security, including:
(1) Unauthorized network intrusion, interference, data theft;
(2) Providing tools for network intrusion, interference, or data theft;
(3) Providing technical support, advertising, or payment assistance for illegal network activities;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Unauthorized access to computer systems to delete/modify/add information;
(6) Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities;
(7) Interfering with system operations, spreading malware/viruses;
(8) Forging TCP/IP packet names.
3.1.3 Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover AI Box source code.
3.1.4 Violate laws, this Agreement, Company rules, or infringe others' rights.
Violations may result in account warnings, suspensions, or bans without notice.
3.1.5 Banned users may appeal via nnkfservice@163.com. Appeals will be reviewed at the Company's discretion.
3.2 Use must comply with laws, public order, social morality, national interests, and information authenticity. You may not create/distribute content containing:
(1) Opposition to constitutional principles;
(2) Threats to national security or state secrets;
(3) Subversion of state power, socialist system, or national unity;
(4) Damage to national honor/interest;
(5) Promotion of terrorism/extremism;
(6) Ethnic hatred/discrimination;
(7) Regional discrimination/hatred;
(8) Violation of religious policies or promotion of cults/superstition;
(9) Spreading rumors/false information disrupting social/economic order;
(10) Violence, obscenity, pornography, gambling, murder, terrorism, or criminal solicitation;
(11) Harming minors' rights or health;
(12) Unauthorized photography/recording infringing others' rights;
(13) Dangerous content harming performers or others;
(14) Endangering network security or using networks to harm national security/honor;
(15) Insulting/slandering others;
(16) Violent threats or doxxing;
(17) Disclosure of others' privacy/personal information;
(18) Vulgar language harming social order;
(19) Infringing privacy, reputation, portrait, or intellectual property rights;
(20) Commercial advertising, solicitation, or spam;
(21) Comments in non-standard languages;
(22) Other illegal content disrupting operations or infringing rights.
3.3 Report violations via nnkfservice@163.com. We will promptly handle reports to maintain a healthy online environment.
4. Personal Information Protection
4.1 We are committed to protecting your personal information.Using AI Box may require providing personal information for services and support.You agree the Company may obtain/use/store/share your information in compliance with laws, this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy.
4.2 The Company uses encryption, anonymization, and security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access/use/disclosure.
4.3 We will not collect bank cards/payment passwords without explicit consent. You bear responsibility for losses caused by self-disclosure.
4.4 We will not share your information with third parties without consent, except:
(1) Your voluntary sharing;
(2) National/defense/public security, public health, or public interest;
(3) Legal/administrative/judicial requirements (e.g., criminal investigations). We require proper legal documentation for such disclosures;
(4) Protecting users'/Company's significant legal interests or ensuring service stability (e.g., fraud prevention);
(5) Information from legally public sources (e.g., news reports);
(6) Other legally permitted circumstances.
4.5 Third-party services linked from AI Box may require personal information.Read third-party agreements/privacy policies carefully before providing information.This Agreement does not govern third-party services; the Company isn't liable for third-party use of your information.

5. AI Box Data Usage Standards
Without written permission, you may not:
5.1 Copy/use AI Box content for commercial purposes (promotion, increasing traffic, etc.);
5.2 Edit/rearrange AI Box content for display outside official channels;
5.3 Use special identifiers/codes to divert/hijack traffic;
5.4 Other unauthorized acquisition of AI Box information.
6. Breach Handling
6.1 The Company may take action for violations. Suspected illegal activities will be recorded and reported to authorities.
6.2 You bear full legal liability for third-party claims arising from breaches. You must compensate the Company for all losses due to your violations.
6.3 Respect intellectual property, reputation, privacy rights, etc. You guarantee your content doesn't infringe third-party rights. You bear all legal liability for infringement claims and must compensate the Company for all losses.
7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
7.1 Services are provided "as is". We strive to ensure continuity and security but cannot foresee all technical risks (force majeure, viruses, hacking, etc.) that may cause interruptions or data loss.
7.2 The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate services with notice, without liability.
8. Advertising
8.1 You understand services may include Company or third-party advertisements/promotions.
8.2 You may opt-out of ads or disable notifications.
8.3 We comply with advertising laws. You judge ad reliability at your own risk. We're not liable for transactions/losses from ads, except as legally required.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content in AI Box (software, technology, text, images, audio, video, etc.) is Company property. Unauthorized use/monitoring/copying is prohibited.
9.2 The Company owns all rights to data/information generated during development/operation.
9.3 Do not use Company trademarks/logos/names without written permission. You bear liability for losses from unauthorized use.
10. Disclaimer
10.1 Services may be affected by various factors. We don't guarantee:
10.1.1 Perfect suitability for your requirements;
10.1.2 Uninterrupted, secure, error-free operation; or that services will meet expectations;
10.1.3 Correction of all errors.
10.2 Force majeure events (government actions, natural disasters, hacking, war, etc.) may occur. We'll attempt timely repairs but aren't liable for resulting losses.
10.3 The right to handle illegal content doesn't constitute an obligation. We can't guarantee timely detection/handling.
10.4 Services are provided without warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, etc.). Use at your own risk.
10.5 We strive for legal compliance but can't guarantee alignment with judicial/administrative judgments. You accept consequences of any discrepancies.
11. Minor Usage Terms
11.1 Minors under 18 must read this Agreement and use services under guardian supervision/consent.
11.2 We protect minors' personal information. Minors should exercise caution when providing information and use services under guardian guidance.
11.3 Minors and guardians assume all legal consequences for violations.
11.4 Special notice for minors:
11.4.1 Use should be supervised, within reasonable limits, avoiding internet addiction and fostering good online habits.
11.4.2 Minors must follow the National Minor Network Civilization Convention:
(1) Learn online, avoid harmful content;
(2) Communicate honestly and friendly, no insults/fraud;
(3) Enhance self-protection, don't casually meet online friends;
(4) Maintain network security, don't disrupt order;
(5) Promote physical/mental health, don't indulge in virtual spaces.
12. Other
12.1 This Agreement is governed by PRC law. If any provision conflicts with PRC law, it shall be reinterpreted to reflect original intent as closely as possible, with other provisions remaining valid.
12.2 This Agreement is signed in Haidian District, Beijing. Disputes shall first be negotiated amicably, failing which they shall be submitted to Haidian District Court.
12.3 Terms may be improved during testing/release. Updated terms will be published and notified. Once published, they become binding. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using AI Box.
12.4 Headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation.
12.5 Parties are independent entities. This Agreement doesn't create agency, partnership, or employment relationships.
12.6 The Company retains all copyrights and interpretation/modification rights.
