1. You can choose to authorize Apple Pay (iOS) for the AI Box service (supports auto-renewal) to purchase monthly/quarterly/annual subscriptions with auto-renewal. The service period (billing cycle) is 1 month/1 quarter/1 year, starting from the date of successful payment. Before the service period expires (typically within 48 hours prior to expiration), the third-party payment provider you authorized will automatically renew your subscription for one cycle.
2. You must ensure sufficient balance in your authorized payment method for automatic deductions. If deduction fails due to insufficient balance, your subscription will automatically terminate after the paid service period ends, and you will lose access to all benefits.
3. You can cancel automatic renewals through the following methods. Your subscription will terminate automatically before the next billing cycle after cancellation:
Open App Store → Tap your profile icon → Go to Account Settings
→ Tap "Manage Subscriptions" → Cancel Subscription
These cancellation methods may change due to updates by payment providers. If you encounter issues canceling, contact customer support immediately using the contact information provided in these rules.
4. If subscription pricing changes, we will notify you via SMS/WeChat Official Account before the next billing cycle. If you explicitly decline or do not respond, your subscription will automatically terminate after the current paid period ends.
5. This is a digital service. Once purchased, AI Box does not offer refunds or returns.
6. All other matters are governed by the "Service Agreement and Privacy Policy".
